I start and end each day with the words “Thank you”. Sometimes I’ll spend time voicing specific thanks to whatever comes to mind, while at other times the two words are all that’s needed. This morning I’ve been giving thanks to my physical body – in 46 years and with all that its experienced I am *amazed* that it still beautifully serves all the wily ideas I subject it to on the daily.

Take a little time now to check in with it. Are there areas of it that need attention, acceptance, soothing or some kind of fun perhaps?
The story of how this physical being that is you is long, even if you’re still on the younger side of your life so if you can, if not right now, do right by you and love on your self in whatever way works best for you.
